BoSpo CFO (cfo.bns.ski) is an internal finance tool that Boulder Sports LLC runs for its own partners and its accountants. It isn't offered to the public, and only people the company has invited can sign in.

What it collects

• From people who sign in: name, email address and Google account identifier, from Google sign-in. The date of each person's last sign-in.
• From the company's own systems, read-only: Boulder Sports LLC's accounting data from QuickBooks Online (for example profit and loss, bills, payables, bank and card balances) and its sales, item, and customer records from its point-of-sale system (Lightspeed Retail). The app only reads these systems and never writes to them.

How it's used

Only to produce financial reports and cash-flow forecasts for Boulder Sports LLC. The data isn't sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside the company and its accountants, and it isn't used for advertising.

Where it's kept, and how it's protected

In a private database hosted by Railway in the United States. Connections to QuickBooks and Lightspeed use OAuth, and their access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to the app is limited to invited accounts, and each person's role limits what they can see and change.

Disconnecting and deleting

An administrator can disconnect QuickBooks at any time, from QuickBooks (Apps > My apps) or by asking us. Once it's disconnected, the app stops reading new data. To have your sign-in record or any data deleted, write to the contact below.
