BoSpo CFO (cfo.bns.ski) is an internal tool of Boulder Sports LLC ("the company"). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Who may use it. Only people the company has invited: its partners, its accountants, and people it designates. The company can remove access at any time.
Confidentiality. The reports contain the company's confidential financial information, including wholesale costs and margins. Don't share it outside the company and its advisers without the partners' agreement.
Read-only connections. The app reads from the company's QuickBooks Online and point-of-sale accounts and never changes them. Connecting or disconnecting them is up to the company's administrators.
No warranty. Reports and forecasts are estimates built from the source systems, provided as they are. Check important figures against QuickBooks before relying on them for tax, lending, or legal purposes.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
